Long gone are the days and nights when a simple meal had to be eeked out from a dodgy takeaway store. Now you can find the finest of street food right on your doorstep in one of Perth’s many hot spots for food.
Hawker Markets, Events & Festivals
Essentially we serve Spanish Style Street Food, Tapas (not paella). Our ethos is on providing restaurant quality food, that is easy to eat (one handed), delicious and inexpensive.
We have a wide repertoire of dishes, easily adapting to all occasions, locations, events and dietary needs.
Our seasoned team is capable of working an event any sized – no matter how many thousands of people, nor how specific a client’s needs.
We tailor our menu depending on the event. For Hawker Markets and Festivals, we work from the following example menu:
- Spanish Meatballs with Creamy Parmesan Polenta and Salsa Verde
- Chicken Skewers with Lentil & Fetta Salad and Mojo Sauce
- Jalapeno Poppers stuffed with cheese
- Croquettes with Caramelised Onion & three Cheeses
- Glazed Chorizo Pita Pocket with Romesco Salsa
- Eggplant Chips with spiced Yoghurt
- Crumbed Olives
- Braised Garlic Mushrooms with Parmesan Crumble
- Spanish Chips with Roast Pepper Aioli & Jamon Crumb
- Portuguese Custard Tarts
The Sample Menu shown here includes dishes served at the Market Stall, offering regular customers variety and also gives us the flexibility to change the menu to compliment (not clash with) other vendors.
Typically we sell 3 items at a time, plus Tarts. Prices on average are $10 per dish.
*Please note our final menu is generally decided once we have more information on which other vendors will be working alongside us (we strive to offer different dishes to our neighbours on any trading day).

The food we make is our take on traditional Spanish Dishes.
We serve Restaurant Quality food, at street prices – without ever compromising on quality or freshness. . We source produce as locally as possible, keeping it as seasonal as possible. Often, sourcing direct from the growers themselves, that we work alongside with at Markets.
The Sample Menu includes dishes served at the Market Stall, offering regular customers variety and also gives us the flexibility to change the menu to compliment (not clash with) other vendors.
We also endeavour to be as “green” as possible, using recyclable & bio-degradable packaging.
At Farmers Markets we sell take home products, our “Take Home Tapas”, as well as, ready to eat meals. Our products and menu items are healthy, family friendly and priced at $7-10.
Farmers Market Menu items include:
Breakfast style Risotto – Our Signature Dish
Warm Spiced Rice Pudding (essentially a Breakfast Style Risotto – our signature dish) served with served with Poached Seasonal Fruits & Toasted Almonds, topped with a Mint & Pistachio drizzle*
*GF & can be served without nuts. (We offer a cold version in the warmer months – equally delightful).
Spanish Meatballs –
Pork and veal spiced albódigas (meatballs) in a traditional smoked paprika tomato reduction. Served with Polenta Bread & Salsa Verde.
Glazed Chorizo Pita Pocket –
Chorizo glazed with Figs and Aromatics, served in Pita Bread with Rocket & Romesco Sauce.
Portuguese Custard Tarts –
Delicious Egg Custard Tarts cooked using a traditional recipe, with that wonderful crunchy pastry.
Take Home Tapas items
Velvet smooth chicken liver paté; with a variety of flavours including Sangria or Orange & Pernod, Fresh Fig, Roasted Red Pepper & more
*(This style of paté differs greatly from those we know are currently sold at most markets)
Soft slivers of onion slightly caramelised with mustard seeds and other spices. The perfect all-rounder.
Made from Capsicum (prepared 3 ways), sherry vinegar, capers & aromatic spices.
– Wonderful as is, or try with grilled fish & meats. Stir through rice (for a “paella” inspired dish) or pasta.
Beetroot & Fennel Relish
Tangy, Tart and fresh with a hint of sweetness. Brilliant with meats and a great addition to a cheese board.
Fresh garlic cooked long and slow in olive oil with rosemary & chili; perfect for all cooking. Cloves will dissipate into sauces, great to spread on bread, or rub on roasts. A wonderful all round product for everyday use.
Mixed olives marinated in olive oil with chili, garlic, lemon, orange and rosemary.
Spiced Tomato Relish
Slightly spiced with raisins for added depth of flavour and aromatic spices. We often use this instead of Quince Paste on Cheese Boards; but it works especially well with chicken and cold meats.
Twice roasted Marcona Almonds with an aromatic Spanish spice crust.
Cooked & ready to eat local Octopus. Marinated in an olive oil, fresh herbs, lemon, garlic, paprika and a touch of chili.
